Online Registration Instructions for All-State Auditions

Penalty Deadline: September 15, 2005

1. Logon

a. Go to http://www.ihsma.org

b. Click on Online Registration!

c. Enter your UserName and Password exactly as they appear on the label attached. Need help – contact the IHSMA office.

2. Select School Options

3. Open the School Options Folder (left side) – select All-State – open Registration Folder

4. Select Entry/Edit

5. Select Instrumental Registration or Vocal Registration

6. Select the number of students auditioning on each instrument or the voicing for each vocal entry.

7. Submit the registration

8. On the left hand side select Invoice Vocal or Invoice Instrumental

9. Input your purchase order number or check number in the correct spot and submit it.

10. You are now registered.

11. Print your invoice and send to your business office for payment.
